We manufacture and install quality, solid wood kitchens from painted, pine, oak and beech. Our aim is to offer a true bespoke service at sensible prices Dorset Kitchens is a family run business based in the West Dorset town of Beaminster that stands at the head of the Valley of the river Brit leading down to the Sea at West Bay. We gain our inspiration from being based along the stunning Jurassic Coast. Formed in October 2000 we took over from a previous manufacturing company based in Bridport where furniture has been hand made ior over 20 years. The majority of our cabinet makers have been working in this industry locally and so we have a lifetime of experience at our fingertips. We initially were only using pine for our products and were called Dorset Pine, we then started to introduce painted kitchens, oak and beech so in 2003 we started to use the trading name of Dorset Kitchens to reflect our offer better.
